Information from Commonwealth War Graves Commission
Son of Walter and Mary Dunk, of 43, Granville St., Barnsley, Yorks. Received the Royal Humane Society's Plaque on Vellum for rescuing two comrades at midnight in the Suez Canal, whilst serving in Egypt.
